Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags must be intact
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return

Return Shipping Fee

• A flat ₹60 return shipping fee will be charged for all returns
• This fee is non-refundable
• Return shipping fee is applicable regardless of location

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer/UPI

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items without original tags/packaging
• Items marked as Final Sale
